Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are there any limits on how many deployments I can make?

    There are soft limits on how many deployments you can make. But in our experience these limits work out comfortably for most folks. There is a soft limit of 200 deployments per month for the Individual plan. And the limit starts at 1500 and 6000 per month for the Startup and Growth plans respectively. If you think you might need more, feel free to contact us.

  • What counts as a deployment?

    We count a deployment when a Serverless service is packaged and deployed to any stage (or environment).

  • How many concurrent deployments can I make?

    There are no limits on the number of concurrent deployments. You can create unlimited stages with unlimited concurrent deployments. Just note that if a stage is being currently deployed to, it will queue any subsequent deployments. This is because the AWS resources for a stage are busy when it is being deployed to.

  • How does dedicated Slack support work?

    We create a shared Slack channel in our company account and invite your team to it. That way you'll have direct access to our engineers in case you have any questions.

  • What if I need some Enterprise features in my current plan?

    No worries, we can figure out a custom pricing plan for you. Just send us an email with your requirements and we'll get you set up.
